⏳2. Duration & Payment

Stay duration: Up to 30 consecutive days.

Payment: 50% upon booking, balance 7 days before arrival.

A security deposit of €200 is required.

🕒3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Check-out: by 11:00 am

📜4. House Rules & Policies

• 🔹No smoking indoors.
• 🔹No pets allowed.
• 🔹Lock doors & windows when unoccupied.
• 🔹Quiet Hours:
  • 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm: Afternoon rest
  • 9:30 pm onwards: Evening rest
• 🔹Waste Separation: Separate plastic, glass, organic, etc.; improper sorting may incur local fines.
• 🔹Air Conditioning: Turn off when the property is unoccupied.

✈️5. Early Departure

If you depart before the agreed date, no refund will be issued.

❌6. Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations. Paid amount is retained as penalty.

💼7. Tax Treatment

Subject to flat-rate tax (cedolare secca) under Italian law.
